About Our Website


Thank you for your continued support, patience, and understanding using our website and contact management system. Powered by ClubExpress, The Mothers' Club of St. Joseph School launched this web system in September 2014.  Prior to 2014, we utilized a home-grown system and third-party event planning applications. ClubExpress allows for scheduling events, event registration and payment, communications, database functions, reporting, and document storage through one interface.  This system is designed to make our lives easier, increase communication and transparency, and make all of our events and programs run more efficiently through registration, automatic payments, and volunteering modules. Emails
The Mothers' Club disseminates information primarily through email.  We endeavor to keep our membership abreast of all of the wonderful things that we do!  Only registered members of the Mothers' Club can register their children for our events and receive updates about our activities.  If you are a registered Mothers' Club member and you are not receiving emails, please try the following:

  1. Check your Spam and Junk Folders and mark these emails "Safe", or "Whitelist" them.
  2. Add this contact to your Address Book or Contact List: mailer@mail2clubexpress.com.
  3. Reach out for help by clicking the Contact Us button on the left hand panel and send us an email.

Computer Issues with Volunteering or Registering for Events
Some of our events are for MCSJS members only and registration for these events requires an active membership (dues have been paid) and a valid username/password for the MCSJS website. If you are having any issues at all with the above, please make sure the following has been done:

  1. Start a fresh browser session (Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) and make sure you are logged into the system.
  2. Hit the "F5" key on your keyboard to refresh your screen.
  3. Reach out for help by clicking the Contact Us button on the left hand panel and send us an email.
  4. When using Safari browser, make sure you have at least Version 7 installed.
  5. Contact ClubExpress directly at 1-866-HLP-CLUB (457-2582) or email them at support@clubexpress.com.
