Renew Your Membership Online

When you enroll your child at St. Joseph School, you automatically become a member of the Mothers’ Club of St. Joseph School. 
The Mothers' Club is a unique and special organization that focuses on enrichment programs for the school children and their families.  We aim to have  meaningful educational, spiritual, cultural and social programs that will make a difference in our children's lives. The Mothers’ Club sends out important  communications about upcoming events and programs that we sponsor and organize.  Registration for our programming is done through our Mothers'  Club website and is available only to registered members of the Mothers' Club.

Membership Dues are currently $60 per year and cover membership in the Mothers' Club from September 1 to August 31 of the following year.
Membership Dues can be paid online through the Mothers' Club website.  If you would rather send in a check, please make your check payable to "The  Mothers' Club of St. Joseph School" and send it to the Membership or President of the Mothers' Club through your child book bag.

Signing Up vs. Renewing Your Membership
The Mothers' Club utilizes the website for event registration, weekly communications, tracking our calendar of events, and much more.  Each member is given a username/password for a member account on the Mothers' Club website.  

To sign up, each member is required to input additional contact information to complete the basic information that is used to initially set up the account.  In addition, the member must included their child/children's information (e.g. grade) and emergency/medical contact information.  Membership dues for new members are due by September 30.  

To renew the membership, each member is required to update their member information, their child/children's contact information (e.g. grade), and any other changes.  Membership dues for current members are due by August 31.

Renewal Process Begins Late July/Early August
The Membership Chair sends out a membership renewal email to the general membership with a due date before the system due date, August 31.  The Mothers' Club website also sets a notification for members when they log into the website that there is a pending transaction to pay Membership Dues or there is an icon near the member's profile name that is also a system notification that the member needs to pay Membership Dues.

Grace Period After Due Date
There is a grace period of approximately 21 days after 
the August 31 due date for current members to renew membership: update member information and pay Membership Dues.  After this grace period, member accounts without paid membership dues are no longer considered as active and those members will not receive communications from the Mothers' Club and they are not able to register themselves or their children for Mothers' Club events.
